Can I
purchase goods if I live outside the U.K? |
Unfortunately due to the terms of our agreement with Tackla we
cannot export or sell to other countries without their permission.
If you email us and let us know which country you live in we can
check in Tackla. All other brands can be shipped throughout
Europe. |

How
long will it take for my order to arrive? |
In
stock orders placed before 12 noon (weekdays) will be shipped the
same day. Orders are sent Recorded Delivery take 3 – 5 days. |

What
if the item is out of stock? |
We
will inform you if any ordered items are out of stock. If you wish
we will place an order with the distributors in the UK which will
take 2-3 days. Tackla equipment will be ordered from Finland. If it
is in stock the deliver time will be approximately 7-10 days. |

How do
you calculate the delivery costs? |
Costs
are calculated on a flat fee basis. |
