In stock items can be shipped out the same working day, if
ordered before 12 noon. All deliveries are on a "working day"
basis, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days
Part orders will be shipped or held for complete fulfilment
depending upon the status of the order and at our discretion.
Products that are bought in will be delivered usually within
7 - 10 working days (inland). However on the few occasions that
the delivery time is extended we will inform you by e-mail.
International orders take a little longer, however we will
inform you by e-mail with delivery times where necessary.

Charges for shipping services are based on the type of
delivery service offered and not speed of service.

Order cancellation - non stock items that have been specially
ordered from our North American suppliers may be cancelled
BEFORE they are shipped to us, however cancellation of items in
transit to us or already received by us, could incur a 25%
