Orders & Payment

We will e-mail you a confirmation of order within 24 hours of receiving your order, if any of the goods are not immediately available, we will immediately inform you of the expected delivery times

We accept credit and debit card payment and all payments are processed through PayPal.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are shipped via our shipping agents (usually the Post Office) and require a signature on delivery, should the recipient not be in to sign for the goods a contact card will be left for the recipient to re-arrange delivery or collection.

Individual rolls of stick tape will be sent in the second class post due to the nature of the service and price constraints to offer you tape at these low prices. The tape is sent uninsured and therefore will we not be able to replace tape not received by the customer. Nor can we accept any responsibility for the Post Office charging you for excessive size.

All packaging charges are included in the postal charge.

Please note that because we are a V.A.T. registered business we are obliged to include 20% V.A.T. on all shipping charges.

Delivery Schedule

In stock items can be shipped out the same working day, if ordered before 12 noon. All deliveries are on a "working day" basis, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days

Part orders will be shipped or held for complete fulfilment depending upon the status of the order and at our discretion.

Products that are bought in will be delivered usually within 7 - 10 working days (inland). However on the few occasions that the delivery time is extended we will inform you by e-mail. International orders take a little longer, however we will inform you by e-mail with delivery times where necessary.

Please note that all delivery services are subject to stock availability and we will inform you accordingly should stock not be immediately available.

Charges for shipping services are based on the type of delivery service offered and not speed of service.

Back Orders

Should your order be out of stock, we will back order it for you .You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Order cancellation - non stock items that have been specially ordered from our North American suppliers may be cancelled BEFORE they are shipped to us, however cancellation of items in transit to us or already received by us, could incur a 25% handling charge.

Tax Charges

V.A.T.(where applicable) is charged at the standard rate and is included in all prices listed. Invoices showing the V.A.T. breakdown can be supplied on request.

Credit Card Security

All of your personal information and payment details relating to orders placed at our online shop are deal with by PayPal and as such are fully encrypted by 128 bit secure payment service.

This site does not hold any of your payment details.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Our policy is:

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturers limited warranty.

Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship.

Should your purchase be faulty on receipt or become faulty within a 7 day period (from receipt of goods), we will (subject to inspection by ourselves) refund or replace the item.

Should your purchase become faulty after this period we reserve the right to have the item repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturers discretion.

Please note that due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks, shafts and blades do not carry any guarantee against breakage.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of purchase for any reason providing that the item is not used, scuffed, scratched, dirty or packaging destroyed so that we cannot sell again as new and that you email info@jghockey.co.uk to obtain our authorisation.

On receipt of the returned item(s) and subject to our inspection we will be prepared to exchange or refund the item providing that it is returned at the customers expense. As we may order stock in directly from Finland to fulfil your order. We reverse the right to charge a restock fee of 20% of the items cost. Where we have provided the specified item as requested and the customer subsequently decides that the equipment is too big or small. 

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please also ensure that goods have the appropriate level of insurance to cover the cost of the goods should the parcel go missing in transit.
